◆食用方法
．蜂蜜檸檬：加入少許蜂蜜對水沖泡，再添加些許檸檬汁，在炎炎夏日中是最美味也最解渴的健康飲品。
．蜂蜜抹醬：先將吐司、貝果放進烤箱溫熱，再抹上些許蜂蜜，就是最令人垂涎的蜂蜜吐司。
．蜂蜜鮮奶：可將蜂蜜添加於鮮奶、果汁中，甜甜的滋味可讓家中小朋友喝得更加有味，增進活力。
◆注意事項
1.蜂蜜本身具結晶特性，當溫度低於20C時，易產生結晶，此屬正常物理現象。
2.可藉由浸在40C溫水，以攪拌方式恢復。
3.蜂蜜中含有生菌，未滿三歲的幼兒不適合食用蜂蜜。
4.蜂蜜含豐富營養物質，大部分物質在高溫下會被破壞，因此，應加溫水為宜(40~60C)。
5.請在期限內使用完畢，確保享用最佳的蜂蜜品質。
